Is Border Bikes the same business as Cycle Station?

Border Bikes Albury Wodonga has evolved from Cycle Station, which originally opened in Albury in 2017. While the business has moved and rebranded, the focus remains the same, providing quality bikes, servicing and expert advice to the Border cycling community.

Are Cycle Station gift vouchers still valid?

Yes. All valid Cycle Station gift vouchers will be honoured at Border Bikes Albury Wodonga.If you have a voucher and are unsure about its balance or expiry, feel free to contact us or bring it in store and our team will be happy to help.

What about my bike warranty from Cycle Station?

All bike warranties are issued and managed by the manufacturer, not the store.This means any manufacturer warranty remains valid and is not affected by the business transition to Border Bikes.If you require assistance with a warranty claim, we are happy to help facilitate the process.

Will the Cycle Station lifetime servicing agreement continue?

The previous lifetime servicing agreement offered by Cycle Station will not be continuing under Border Bikes.However, we continue to offer professional servicing, repairs and maintenance for all types of bikes, with transparent pricing and expert workmanship.
